    This implies the demands of the house is lords is too high and puts a lot of pressure on peers in the house of common that they choose to resign. IF MORE PEOPLE START TO RESIGN DUE TO THIS THERE WILL BE HARDLY ANY MEMBER IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS!
